 Hi, JA fans! Busy working on the next Johnny novel, Johnny Apocalypse and the King of New York! In this new adventure, Johnny travels back to his old home and beyond, to meet new friends and enemies, and confronts an enemy as old as time (more about that later!)  Hi, Johnny fans!  Welcome to the Nuclear Wasteland. Cities lay in rubble, cars are twisted hulks of rusted metal, animals and vegetation slowly retake the world, and men are dangerous and crazy. What do you think it would be like living on the skeleton of the old world?  I think finding food and clothing would be a real issue for Johnny and his people. Rebuilding society would take a back seat to the struggle for survival. Each day would bring new challenges and new struggles as they try to find ways to meet basic necessities.  What can they find from the old world that might help them? What is left that has not wasted away and become useless after 100 years? That is part of the challenge for Johnny and his friends.  I hope you enjoy Johnny Apocalypse and the Nuclear Wasteland.  Hi there Johnny fans! I'm looking at the list of dystopian fiction that I've personally read, and thinking about what novels I should read in the future.  Some of my favorites so far are 1984 by George Orwell, Farenhight 451 by Ray Bradbury, and A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess.  What are some of your favorites, and what do you suggest I read next?  I'd love to hear what you think.  Thanks Mark R

 Welcome to the Nuclear Wasteland, Johnny's World.  100 years after Nuclear War, Johnny lives in an old abandoned mall with his friends and family. His tribe lives in superstition and fear, afraid of the world outside.  But Johnny is not afraid, he is angry, angry that their leader Leader Nordsrtom keeps the people shackled in fear.  Johnny has snuck out and explored the world outside. He has seen that the world, though still dangerous, can be lived in.
